About
Hey sis, I’m Geisha Rene—a former professional dancer turned fitness coach, and most importantly, a mom who understands exactly what it feels like to lose yourself in the chaos of motherhood. I know what it’s like to wake up one day and not recognize the woman in the mirror, to feel overwhelmed, stuck, and unsure how to start taking care of yourself again. But I’m here to tell you: change is possible, and you’re not alone.
Dancing Through Life—Until Everything Changed
Dance was my life. It gave me confidence and freedom. After my career ended, I became a certified personal trainer to help women feel unstoppable in their own skin. But nothing prepared me for motherhood.
When my son was born, I thought I had it all—until my world was turned upside down by a messy divorce. I had to leave everything behind and rebuild from scratch, all while raising my son on my own. In the process, I lost myself. I gained weight, and no matter how hard I tried to get back into fitness, it felt impossible.
The Turning Point
In 2024, I hit a breaking point. I realized that perfection wasn’t the goal—progress was. So, I committed to just 10 minutes of movement a day. No pressure, no guilt. Just small steps toward feeling better. What started as a simple challenge led to a life-changing transformation. In one year, I lost over 50 pounds, but more importantly, I found myself again.
